Compliance Committee

The Compliance Committee is made up of owners, other members just like you. They are not the police, nor are they there to hassle, badger, bully, or annoy you. The Committee regularly visits our various “neighborhoods on the lookout for obvious rules violations. These dedicated individuals volunteer their time to help protect, preserve and enhance the investment each of us has in our home.  Ensuring compliance with our governing documents is part of what makes Sea Ridge such an enjoyable place to live.

While we may not like each and every provision set forth in the governing documents, these regulations exist for the benefit of each one of us as homeowners and are just a part of living in a homeowner’s association. When a resident or tenant disregards the association’s covenants, it can have a profoundly negative impact on property values and potentially affect the safety of our community.

The Association would much rather have voluntary compliance than go through the time, effort, and cost of enforcement by imposing fines and taking disciplinary actions.  We appreciate and thank you for your cooperation and for doing your part to protect your asset & property values!
