Community Projects

Our Association tackles a number of projects that either preserve, maintain or improve our community. Here is a status update on some of these projects:

  1. Painting/Wood Repair is currently in progress. Visit Docs and Forms for new painting specifications and themes.

  2. Water Conservation.  In response to the California drought and rate increases forecast by the South Coast Water District, we adopted sustainable landscape practices; turf removal/replacement was completed and the Association is now utilizing reclaimed water. The next focus for sustainable landscaping will be the greenbelt, and Harvest Landscape is working with the Board of Directors to design and implement a plan.

  3. Maintenance Projects. Hardscaped common area surfaces encompass a broad range of maintenance and repair considerations—some routine, some major renovations—with safety and damage control issues warranting immediate action. The Maintenance Committee inspects our development and makes recommendations to insure that things are kept looking good and operating smoothly. On an ongoing basis, we regularly address the upkeep of certain assets, i.e. our recreational amenities, sewer and water lines, rain gutters, pest control, etc.

  4. Safety. Please let Seabreeze Management know if you have any concerns about safety within the community.

The Power of Participation
Volunteers are always needed to power the committees and activities of our community. Our Sea Ridge Committees address a specific need in our community and many of them have current openings. To lend a hand, contact Seabreeze Management.
