Sea Ridge Condominium Association operates through the volunteer efforts of the community. We could not exist without the stalwart dedication and hours of service put in by our residents and members. In addition to the Board, Sea Ridge operates through standing committees that oversee various parts of our association and report to the Board of Directors. On occasion, Ad Hoc committees are created to address a specific topic and terminate when their tasks have been completed.
We invite any resident interested in Sea Ridge issues, operations or activities to join one of our committees. Members often become friends and have a common interest in making our neighborhood the best it can be. The only requirement to join is that you must be in good standing and reside in Sea Ridge. Even if your time is limited, an occasional contribution of your talent and labor can make a wonderful difference in the lives of you and your neighbors.
