Architectural Committee

The Architectural Committee is responsible for preserving the integrity of the Sea Ridge architectural design and for developing standards to further that end.

The committee’s duties include: 

• reviewing plans submitted for alterations and modifications
• approving those within existing guidelines and inspecting completed projects.

Any homeowner considering a home improvement project (e.g., replacing doors and windows) needs to file an application to be reviewed by the committee. Visit our DOCS & FORMS page to view the Architectural Guidelines and Application.
